SIZE CHART

How can I individuate the perfect size for me? 
You can easily choose the best size for you by checking our Size Guide available at the page of each product on our website.
We collected all major country size systems and made a conversion table referring to our products. Please take into account also the size worn by the model.

PAYMENT METHODS

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can shop on our website using the following type of payment methods:
All major credit cards as: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe) 
Selected mobile payment methods as: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay.
Please verify at the checkout the payment methods is in line with your request.

FINALIZE YOUR ORDER

Please ensure that you have correctly entered the details for the chosen payment method.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only before it ships.
To make sure you can cancel your order, check the shipping status of your order.
From the moment of the order there is a 1 hour window in which to cancel your order.

To cancel your order, follow the next steps:
1. Please send your cancellation request via email to customerservice@untitledartworks.it, including your Order Number. Kindly note that the request must be sent from the same email address used for the purchase.
2. Untitled Artworks reserves the right to accept or deny the cancellation request.
3. Once your cancellation request is approved, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be issued.

VAT AND PAYMENTS

Our prices include VAT. A recipe is issued for each order. 
If you would like to get an invoice for your purchase please select the “invoice” box and fill all related fields.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items can be reserved in advance within a limited time only. The expected shipping date will be indicated on the product page and could be subject to change. Returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been placed, payment must be settled in advance.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund the entire order amount. 

ORDER STATUS

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code number.
You can find all the informations you need within the oder details, or you can check the status of your shipping on the carrier’s website.

REFUNDS

How much I have to wait for my return to be processed?
Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed. 
If you don’t receive any information regarding your order over 10 business days, please do not hesitate to Contact us directly.

For security reasons, the refund cannot be made to a different credit card than the one used at the time of order placement.

RETURNS

How can I ship my return?

1. Make sure the product(s) meet our Return Policy.

2. Pack the product(s) in the original box. 

3. Untitled Artworks do not offer free returns, the customer will be charged for the shipping cost. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking informations, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. Stick the pre-paid label of the courier you have chosen with all the informations on the box.

5. Drop the package at your nearest pickup courier point. Alternatively, schedule a home pickup with the shipping company

RETURN POLICY

You can request a return for any product purchased on our website within 14 days of the delivery date.

All products must meet our Return Policy:

They must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached ad the original packaging included.

The package can only be shipped from the same country it was delivered to .

Less than 14 days have passed since the courier delivered the order

If all the above conditions are met, complete your return with all our informations on how can I ship my return?

Note, you must ship the item(s) back to us with a copy of your order confirmation in 14 days from the date your request is approved. Packages sent without all these informations will not be accepted for a refund. 

We will process the returns with 10 business days from when they are received.

ARCHIVE SALE POLICY

Please note that all archive items are for finale sale. For this reason returns or refunds will not be accepted.

REPLACEMENTS

Untitled Artworks reserves the right to evaluate each request for product replacement on a case-by-case basis.

DELIVERY TIMES

What are the delivery times?
Your order will be delivered by the DHL service.

On our website, you can find different delivery options:

-STANDARD: 
Italy 5-7 business days
Worldwide 7-10 business days

-EXPRESS: 
Italy 2-4 business days
Worldwide  5-7 business days

Please take into consideration the days our Distribution will be closed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All international orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days via DHL.

Free shipping is eligible based on the location and the amount of the total send.

For any Duties and Taxes you will be fully responsible for paying the amount applicable directly to the relevant authority. 

If you fail to pay any Duties and Taxes causing the inability to fall on us, the carrier or any third party (including Untitled Artworks) the amount of the Duties and Taxes will be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.
