Selecting the right size is simple. Each product page includes our comprehensive Size Guide, designed to help you find the most accurate fit.
We have consolidated the main international sizing systems into a clear conversion table specific to our garments. For additional guidance, you can also refer to the size worn by the model featured in the product images.
Please note that our pieces are generally designed with an oversized fit and drop-shoulder construction. If you prefer a more regular silhouette, we recommend selecting one size down from your usual choice.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Send a cancellation request via email to customerservice[at]untitledartworks.it, including your Order Number. Please ensure that the email is sent from the same address used to place the order.
- Untitled Artworks reserves the right to accept or decline the cancellation request based on the processing status of your order.
- Once your cancellation request is approved, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and issued to your original payment method.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items can be reserved in advance for a limited time. The expected shipping date is clearly indicated on each product page and may be subject to change depending on production or logistical factors.
Please note that pre-order purchases are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been placed, and full payment is required at the time of purchase.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
All relevant information is available within your order details in your account. You can also track the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website by entering your tracking code.

What are the delivery times for my order?
Your order will be shipped using FedEx and TNT services.
On our website, you can choose between different delivery options based on your destination.
Standard Delivery:
Italy: 5 to 7 business days
Worldwide: 7 to 10 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by scheduled closure days of our Distribution Center.
How are international orders delivered and managed?
All international orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days through FedEx or TNT, depending on the destination and service availability.
Free shipping may apply based on your location and on the total value of your order. The eligibility criteria will be automatically displayed at checkout.
Please note that you are fully responsible for paying any Duties and Taxes required by the customs authority in your country.
If you fail to settle these charges and this results in costs for us, the carrier or any third party (including Untitled Artworks), the equivalent amount of the unpaid Duties and Taxes will be deducted from any refund or other compensation you might claim.
How can I ship my return?
To correctly ship your return, please follow the steps below and ensure that all requirements are met.
- Confirm that the product or products comply with our Return Policy.
- Pack the items securely in the original box to protect them during transit.
- Please note that Untitled Artworks does not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier that provides tracking information, since we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Attach the shipping label provided by the courier you selected, ensuring that all required information is clearly visible on the package.
- Drop off the package at the nearest courier pickup point. As an alternative, you may arrange a home pickup directly with the shipping company.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties, including returns due to change of mind, change of size, exchange requests or wrong purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the return to be inspected and approved.
After approval, refunds are issued within 30 days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed. If you do not receive any update after 10 business days from delivery of your return, please contact us directly and we will assist you. For security reasons, the refund can only be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return for any product purchased on our website within 14 days from the delivery date. All items must fully comply with the conditions listed below in order to be eligible for a return.
Return requirements:
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all original tags attached and the complete original packaging included
• The return shipment must be sent from the same country to which the order was originally delivered
• The purchase must have been completed on our official website untitledartworks.it
• Fewer than 14 days must have passed since the courier delivered your order

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item or items back to us within 14 days, including a copy of your order confirmation inside the package. Please note that packages missing required documentation cannot be accepted for a refund.
