• All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees are your responsibility.
• You will receive an order confirmation email from us and a separate email from the courier with delivery details and any customs instructions. Please check both carefully, as it is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s information.
